Chaotic sound waves transitioning to a structured grid

I’m excited to share that I’ve completed the Quant Research and Portfolio Management Essentials certification from QuantYog!

This course was a game-changer — blending theory with practical insight, it gave me a much clearer lens to evaluate the markets and build conviction in my approach.

My own journey into trading started unexpectedly. During a rough patch a year ago, I found myself without my guitar (for the first time in 13 years) and stuck indoors. Out of sheer boredom, I picked up Zerodha Varsity… and something clicked. The complexity, the psychology, the challenge — markets sparked something in me.

I dove in headfirst, traded options, made (and lost) money, then stepped back to rethink everything. I started building tools, testing ideas, and questioning assumptions. This course fast-tracked my understanding of how to bring structure and scalability to the complexity of markets — it showed me what actually matters, what doesn’t, and how to do my own research with clarity and confidence.

Huge thanks to Ish Singh and the QuantYog team for creating something so grounded yet impactful.
